Hypoband One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Astran Ventures Limited provides a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for any new Hypoband-branded product.
Returns should be accompanied with the original receipt of purchase.
Returns made within 14 days of receiving your order will receive 100% refund of the HypoBand only. Returns within 15 - 30 days receive 50% refund on the HypoBand. Refunds for returns made more than 31 days, will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Hypoband, USB charger, USB cable, manuals and gift box are all to be included in the return. All parts are to be returned in good working order to qualify for a refund. Incomplete returns will not be reviewed for refund.
Please use a tracked and signed for postage service for your return to our returns address: HypoBand UK, 35 Rectory Road, Crumlin, Newport, Gwent, NP11 5EA. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the HypoBand whilst it is in your possession.
We may ask further questions either prior to or during the returns process or give recommendations on the use of the HypoBand, to cut down the need for unnecessary returns and help you get the best from a product. Please assist our staff with as much detail as possible regarding the issue.
It will take 14 working days to review and process your refund. If the product is damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of any returns. Astran Ventures Limited will refund the full cost of the HypoBand within the 14 day period only, excluding the delivery cost in accordance with these Terms.
If the Special Delivery Guaranteed by Royal Mail is late.
A full refund will be given for the delivery cost e.g. £7.65 + VAT (HB1.1), if your HypoBand isn’t delivered within 48 hours (Monday to Thursday).
If delivery with International Signed, International Tracked and International Tracked and Signed has not been received.
Loss claims cannot be submitted until after 20 working days after the due delivery date for items going to Europe and after 25 working days for rest of the world.
Royal Mail will make all necessary enquiries and its aim is to issue a full response within 30 days (90 days for International claims) from the claim date.
Upon confirmation of the loss of your HypoBand by Royal Mail, the postage fee and full refund will be given.
